We buy natural ash grown in Ukraine officially in Ukrainian forestry. We cut on our own sawmill and dry in a professional drying chamber carefully withstanding technology so that the wood receives the necessary carpentry moisture with the absence of internal tension.

Then blocks are selected for processing by qualified carpenters. The raw wood is handled by skilled carpenters on machines in manual mode. In this way, we perfectly flatten it before gluing, control the texture and possible defects.

We glue details into full length lamella shields, and give the final shape. We use professional carpentry glues and putties. Then perform drilling and milling of on professional CNC machines and other professional equipment.

For decoration and wood treatment, we use oils and lacquers of the Austrian brand ADLER, the most technological and modern manufacturer in Europe. We also use the accessories of the Austrian company BLUM, which has a similar reputation in the market of drawer rails and other furniture accessories.
